July 1, 2008 C. ROKAS SA announces, according to the provisions of decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that following the decision of its Board of Directors (612/5.6.2008) and its previous related announcement, it completed today the transfer of its activity regarding the own production and execution of electromechanical projects to its 100% subsidiary company "ROKAS CONSTRUCTIONS S.A.". C. ROKAS SA expects that the above restructuring will contribute further to the development of the electromechanical projects business unit and it will have no impact on the consolidated financial statements.
