November 20, 2008 On Wednesday, 19 November 2008 our Company received from the Parent Company "IBERDROLA RENOVABLES, S.A." the Information Memorandum concerning the filing of the optional public tender offer from the latter for the acquisition of all shares of our company, as this was approved by the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, on Friday, 14 November 2008. The Board of Directors subsequently notified the Company's employees of the Information Memorandum. The Company's Board of Directors will prepare a document that will contain the substantiated opinion regarding the public tender offer, which along with the detailed report of the financial consultant, will be published pursuant to the provisions of L.3461/2006.
