November 28, 2008 C. ROKAS S.A. announces that the Board of Directors, during its meeting on November 25, 2008, unanimously accepted the resignation of Pedro Azagra Blazquez, non executive member of the Board of Directors and elected Mr Thomas Christian, Chief Financial Officer of the group in his place. Mr Thomas Christian will be an executive member of the Company's Board of Directors, while Ms Maria Dolores Herrera Pereda as of today will be a non executive member of the Board of Directors.
