December 16, 2008 C. ROKAS S.A., pursuant to a notification received on 15/12/2008 by our Parent Company IBERDROLA RENOVABLES S.A., as well as by its Parent Company IBERDROLA S.A., in accordance to the provisions of L.3556/2007 and paragraph 4.1.3.7. of the Athens Exchange Regulation, announces the following: We inform the investment public that, following the purchase by IBERDROLA RENOVABLES S.A. of 1,057,274 common registered voting shares on 11/12/2008, the direct participation of IBERDROLA RENOVABLES S.A. in our Company was formed from 88.17% or 18,114,749 common registered voting shares that it was, according to the previous notification, to 93.60% or 19,229,868 common registered voting shares. This announcement is prepared since as a result of the aforementioned purchase by IBERDROLA RENOVABLES S.A. of the 1,057,274 common registered voting shares on 11/12/2008, the direct percent participation increased by more than 3%, as compared to the directly previous notification. Likewise, the indirect participation of the parent Company IBERDROLA S.A. of our shareholder IBERDROLA RENOVABLES S.A. was formed from 88.17% or 18,114,749 common registered voting shares that it was according to the previous notification, to 93.60% or 19,229,868 common registered voting shares.
