December 11, 2006 On December 11, 2006, (before the opening of the trading session, Local Time: 11:16) according to the decision No 611/13.11.2006 of the General Manager of the Capital Market Commission, 6.622 (CR) shares of the Company DELTA ICE CREAM S.A., will be auctioned. The opening price for the auction of shares cannot be less than the closing price of the share on December 8, 2006, by a percentage greater than 5%.
