December 13, 2006 As of December 13, 2006, according to the Decision No 15/404/22.11.2006 of the BoD of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and following the approval of the request of the Company NESTLE HELLAS S.A. for the purchase right of the shares of the Company DELTA ICE CREAM S.A., the trading of the shares of the DELTA ICE CREAM S.A. ceases from the ATHEX.
