January 17, 2006 DIOLKOS CLOSED-END FUND S.A., in accordance with the authorization given to the Board of Directors of the company at the Shareholders' Ordinary General Meeting on 23.06.2005 announces that it realized the following purchases of its own shares via the company "G.A.PERVANAS SECURITIES-INVESTMENT COMPANY S.A.: (1) On 10.01.2006: 245 shares at a purchase value per share of 10*EUR 2,52 and 235*EUR 2,55, total value of transaction: EUR 624,45. (2) On 11.01.2006: 4.460 shares, at a purchase value per share of 4.460*EUR 2,55, total value of transaction: EUR 11.373,00. (3) On 12.01.2006: 4.957 shares, at a purchase value per share of 4.957*EUR 2,55 total value of transaction: EUR 12.640,35. (4) On 13.01.2006: 4.910 shares, at a purchase value per share of 4.910*EUR 2,50, total value of transaction: EUR 12.275,00.
