January 30, 2006 DIOLKOS CLOSED-END FUND S.A. informs the investing public that, in implementation to its Shareholders' Ordinary General Meeting and Board of Directors resolutions on 23.06.2005 and 10.11.2005, respectively, realized the following purchases of its own shares via the company G.A.PERVANAS SECURITIES-INVESTMENT CO. S.A.: 1. On 23.01.2006: 326 shares were totally bought, at an acquisition price per share of: 326*EUR 2.48, total value of transaction: EUR 808.48. 2. On 25.01.2006, 5,000 shares were totally purchased, at an acquisition price per share of: 5,000* EUR 2.54, total value of transaction: EUR 12,700.00. 3. On 26.01.2006, the total number of 4,954 shares was bought, at an acquisition price per share of: 4,954*EUR 2.55, total value of transaction: EUR 12,632.70 and 4. On 27.01.2006, 5,000 shares were totally bought, at an acquisition price per share of: 10*EUR 2.50 and 4,990*EUR 2.55, total value of transaction: EUR 12,749.50.
