December 5, 2006 As of December 5, 2006, the trading of the shares of the Company DIOLKOS S.A. ceases due to the merger with the Company SCIENS INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENTS AND HOLDINGS S.A., following the Decisions of the Companies' General Meetings and the relevant Decision No Ê2-14522/04.12.2006 of the Ministry of Development for the deletion of DIOLKOS from the Official Register of Societes Anonymes.
