January 19, 2007 ASPIS BANK would like to inform the investors that ,after the recent publishments in the press, its statement of 22 December 2006 is still valid; furthermore, ASPIS BANK would like to reiterate that it will not remain in-active in view of the current developments in the Greek Banking System. Presently, ASPIS BANK is looking into all currently available forms of Cooperation, which fit the model and strategy that the bank had set in the past, and in which the prospect FBB is included.
