February 13, 2007 In accordance with article 2 par. 2 (e) of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission's Resolution 3/347/12.07.2005, ASPIS BANK ATE announces that Mr. Stylianos Argyros, Vice Chairman and Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors, submitted his resignation. In replacement of the above resigned member, the Bank's Board of Directors of 12.02.2007 elected Mr. Grigorios Drettas. Following such election, the Board of Directors was reconvened as follows: Konstantinos Karatzas, Chairman and Managing Director - Executive Member, Loukas Kyriakopoulos, Vice Chairman - Non-Executive Member, Panayotis Nikas - Non-Executive Member, Konstantinos Petropoulos - Non-Executive Member, Nikolaos Kambas - Non-Executive Member, Georgios Galanaki - Independent Non-Executive Member and Grigoris Drettas - Independent Non-Executive Member
