April 27, 2007 According to the Athens Exchange Regulation and the provisions of law 3340/12.07.2005, ASPIS BANK ATE informs that the tax audit of its consolidated subsidiary ASPIS LEASING A.E for the financial years 2003-2005 was completed. The outcome of the tax audit amounting to 256,839.00 Euro will be included in the current year results.
