November 20, 2007 ASPIS BANK SA, announces that, in compliance with Law 3556/2007, the shareholder ASPIS PRONIA General Insurance S.A. informed the Bank on 19/11/2007 for the change of its shareholding due to sale of voting rights as follows: Transaction Date on which its participation in the equity of the Company reaches, exceeds or falls below 3% of total voting rights: 16/11/2007 Number of shares held (direct participation) prior to the said transaction: 12,670,407 or 19.9599% of total voting rights of ASPIS BANK S.A. Number of shares held (direct participation) following the said transaction: 9,976,589 or 15.7163% of total voting rights of ASPIS BANK S.A.
