May 30, 2008 Aspis Bank announces that, as of today March 30th 2008, its Chairman and CEO Mr. Konstantinos B. Karatzas has resigned from his executive duties, but maintains his position as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Aspis Bank. His resignation has no immediate effect and Mr. Konstantinos B. Karatzas will continue to exercise his executive duties in order to ensure a smooth transition period.
