July 16, 2008 ASPIS BANK ATE, pursuant to article 9, L. 3556/2007 and the Board of Directors' decision of the Capital Market Commission No. 1/434/3.7.2007, with the intention of calculating and determining the limits of significant participations' acquisition or disposal by shareholders or voting rights holders and following a notice received from its shareholder ASPIS INTERNATIONAL AEDAK, informs the investors that the participation percentage of the M/F of the company in ASPIS BANK ATE amounts to a participation percentage of 1.014% upon the total voting rights of the bank.
