January 4, 2006 The company ALTIUS INVESTMENT S.A.. with its relevant letter to the Athens Exchange S.A.. announced the following: "The company PROTON INVESTMENT BANK S.A. ", with its letter dated 2.1.2006, informed the company, that according to P.D. 51/92 a change befell on the percentage of voting rights on its common bearer shares in our company. The change on the voting rights derived from the merger by absorption, from "PROTON INVESTMENT BANK S.A. of" the companies: (a) "ARROW Closed-End Fund S.A." ("first absorbed"), (b) "EURODYNAMIKI Closed-End Fund S.A." ("second absorbed"), and (c) "EXELIXI CLOSED-END FUND S.A." ("third absorbed"), and consequently the number of voting rights that PROTON INVESTMENT BANK S.A. possesses in its portfolio will be the total voting rights of the "Bank" and the voting rights that might hold the "first absorbed", "second absorbed "and "third absorbed" company. Specifically, before the merger the "Bank" possessed 89,000 voting rights, percentage on the voting rights :1.85%. After the merger the "Bank" possesses 410,250 voting rights, percentage on the rights of the company: 8.55%, which is the total of 89,000 voting rights that it possessed, plus 128,700, 74,500 and 118,050 voting rights that the companies "ARROW Closed-End Fund S.A.", "EYRODYNAMIKI Closed-End Fund S.A." and "EXELIXI CLOSED-END FUND S.A." held respectively. Thus, the rate of capital that "PROTON INVESTMENT BANK S.A" held was 1.85% and after the merger is 8.55%.
