June 28, 2006 As of June 28, 2006, a) the 4.800.000 (CR) shares of the Company ALTIUS INVESTMENT FUND S.A. start trading on the ATHEX following the conversion from a similar number of (CB) shares and b) the 480.000 new (CR) shares of the Company start trading on the ATHEX following the recent share capital increase through a bonus issue. On June 28, 2006, the total number of the Company's listed shares amounts to 5.280.000 (CR) shares, of new par value 1,90 Euro (from 1,81 Euro), new ISIN Code GRS451003008 and adjusted start price at 1,89 Euro.
