July 3, 2008 Blue Star Maritime S.A., (the Company) announces the change of ownership of the Company?s vessels, Diagoras, Superferry II and Blue Horizon, from Blue Star Maritime S.A to its 100% subsidiary company, Blue Star Ferries Maritime S.A. This follows the decision of the Annual General Meeting of shareholders of 19th May, 2008 and relates to the merger by absorption of Blue Star Maritime SA with Attica Group.
