September 18, 2006 Since 11/9/2006 Mrs M. Koumouli has joined the Company as a Director of marketing and Corporate development. Regarding the reorganization of the Company more detailed announcements will follow. Mrs Koumouli has worked as a consultant for PriceWaterhouseCoopers with focus on the sectors of Healthcare and Banking. Her last position in EFG Eurobank Group involved, among others, the development of the Polbank network, the Polish banking arm of the EFG Eurobank.
