October 31, 2006 In accordance to article 282 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation and following the notification of UBS AG to our Company on the 26th of October, we inform the investor community that:
UBS AG holds in total 8,38% of our Company and 7.039.245 of our shares. Kindly note that:
1. UBS holds 8,33% of our Company and 7.000.000 of our shares on behalf of ASKLEPIOS INTERNATIONAL GMBH. The 7.000.000 shares were bought on the 18th of October as was announced by ASKLEPIOS INTERNATIONAL GMBH on the same date.
2. UBS holds 0,05% of our Company and 39.245 of our shares for its own account.
