November 28, 2006 According to article 282 of the ASE regulation Athens Medical Center SA informs the investor community about a transaction on its shares by Morgan Stanley on the 23rd of November. In particular, prior to the transaction Morgan Stanley had 4,272,102 shares out of a total number of shares of 83.985.980. The percentage of voting rights as well as the percentage of the Company's Share capital controlled indirectly by Morgan Stanley was 5,087%. After the sale transaction of 100,000 shares Morgan Stanley, indirectly, has 4,172,102 shares and indirectly controls 4,968% of the voting rights and indirectly has 4,968% stake in the Athens Medical Center SA share Capital. Morgan Stanley also announces that the 23rd is the trade date of a pending delivery on Athens Medical SA and also that Morgan Stanley holds the shares in a combination of: a principal basis and on behalf of various clients who do not exceed 5% in total.
