November 23, 2006 Following our announcement on the 30th of October 2006 and in accordance with article 282 of the ASE regulation we would like to inform the investor community that on the 20th of November there was a transaction on the Company's shares of 7.000.000 shares. This transaction was between Asklepios International Gmbh and UBS AG. After the above transaction of 7.000.000 shares, these shares are now held directly by Asklepios International Gmbh, hence Asklepios International Gmbh still holds 8,33% of the Company whereas UBS AG now holds for own interest 0,04% of the company and 35.745 Athens Medical shares.
