Publishing of Fiscal Year 2006 results: Thursday the 29th of March 2007. 3. Annual Shareholders Meeting: On Friday the 29th of June 2007. 4. Shareholders on Record at the closing of July 4th, 2007 trading session will be entitled to receive dividend. 5. Shares will be traded ex - dividend on Thursday the 5th of July 2007. 6. Distribution of Dividend for Fiscal Year 2006: On Thursday the 12th of July through a bank institution. Details regarding the payment of dividend will be announced by the company. 7.
