August 29, 2007 Athens Medical Center SA proceeded with a restructuring of the Internal Audit department of the Company in line with the guidelines followed by the multinational companies. Mr. Sotiris Andrikopoulos is appointed Head of the Internal Audit division of the company. Mr Andrikopoulos holds an Economics degree from the University of Piraeus and has a multiyear experience in the field of auditing. In the past Mr. Andrikopoulos was head of the Internal Audit department of the Greek multinational company Coca Cola 3E and internal auditor of the Greek listed company Intrakom SA. He is also familiar with the sector and the Company through is older position in BDO (ex BKR) auditing firm.
