September 14, 2007 Following the decision of the Repeated Shareholders Extraordinary Meeting that took place on the 14th of July 2007, the company received a debenture loan of 120 mil Euros from Alpha Bank, Eurobank and National Bank of Greece. Out of this amount, 114,5 euros were used to repay the existing syndicated loan as well as the outstanding short term bank debt. The cost of this loan is 25 bps lower than the cost of the previous syndicated loan.
