September 14, 2007 Athens Medical Center SA, announce in accordance to L. 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and in accordance to article 11 of the HCMC directive no. 1/434/03.07.2007 that Mr. George Apostolopoulos son of Vassilios Apostolopoulos, president of the BOD of the Company on the 13th of September 2007 acquired 240,872 Athens Medical common shares of total value 450,430.64 Euros.
