December 3, 2007 In accordance to article 282 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation and following the notification of MORGAN STANLEY & Co INTERNATIONAL Plc to our Company: MORGAN STANLEY & Co INTERNATIONAL Plc proceeded with transactions on our Company's shares on 20/11/2007: In particular prior to these transactions MORGAN STANLEY & Co INTERNATIONAL Plc had 4.172.102 shares and voting rights of our Company as well as 4,968% of the company's share capital and voting rights. After the transactions and acquisition of shares MORGAN STANLEY & Co INTERNATIONAL Plc now has 4.342.256 shares and voting rights of our company and 5,006% of the share capital and voting rights.
