February 18, 2008 Following your letter dated the 15th of February 2008 relative to the article published on the internet site "euro2day.com" we would like to inform the investor community the following: We confirm that in the new business plan of our company we will also include the exploitation of the privately owned plot of land in Paiania. This is a medium term project and until today not all the parameters of this project have been finalized. In this plot of land, at the moment, preliminary works are taking place. Following the finalization of all the parameters of this project we shall inform the investor community.
