October 1, 2008 In accordance with article 14 paragraph 3 of Law 3556/2007 and following the notification of MORGAN STANLEY & Co INTERNATIONAL Plc to our Company: MORGAN STANLEY & Co INTERNATIONAL Plc proceeded with transactions on our Company's shares on 23/09/2008: In particular prior to these transactions MORGAN STANLEY & Co INTERNATIONAL Plc had 4.342.256 shares and voting rights of our Company as well as 5,006% of the company's share capital and voting rights. After the transactions and disposal of shares MORGAN STANLEY & Co INTERNATIONAL Plc now has 1.628.949 shares and voting rights of our company and 1,878% of the share capital and voting rights.
