November 4, 2008 Athens Medical Center SA, announces in accordance to L. 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and in accordance to article 11 of the HCMC directive no. 1/434/03.07.2007 that Mr. Evaggelos Apostolopoulos, legal advisor of the Company acquired 5.000 Athens Medical common shares on the 3rd of November 2008 and 25.000 Athens Medical common shares on the 4th of November 2008 of total value 7.200,00 Euros and 35.500,00 Euros respectively.
