November 7, 2008 Athens Medical Center SA, announces in accordance to L. 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and in accordance to article 11 of the HCMC directive no. 1/434/03.07.2007 that Mrs. Theodora Nezeriti, legal advisor of the Company acquired 1.600 Athens Medical common shares on the 3rd of November 2008 of total value 2.246,34 Euros.
