January 22, 2009 Athens Medical Center SA, announces in accordance to L. 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and in accordance to article 11 of the HCMC directive no. 1/434/03.07.2007 that Mrs. Theodora Nezeriti, legal advisor of the Company acquired 1.000 Athens Medical common shares on the 19th of January 2009 of total value 1.159,69 Euros.
