September 2, 2008 S&B Industrial Minerals S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that Mrs. Kyriacopoulos Aikaterini purchased a) on 29/8/2008, 5.000 common shares of our company of a total value of Euro 46.219,80 and b) on 01/09/2008, 5.000 common shares of our company of a total value of Euro 47.871,84 This transaction has been duly acknowledged to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 by Mrs Aikaterini Kyriacopoulos, under her capacity as Honorary Chairman of the Board of Directors.
