September 3, 2008 S&B Industrial Minerals S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that Mrs Kyriacopoulos Aikaterini purchased on 02/09/08, 5.000 common shares of our company of a total value of Euro 49.590. This transaction has been duly acknowledged to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 by Mrs Aikaterini Kyriacopoulos, under her capacity as Honorary Chairman of the Board of Directors
