September 3, 2008 S&B Industrial Minerals S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that Mr. PANIARAS IOANNIS sold A) on 01/09/2008, 1.504 common shares of our company of a total value of Euro 14.468,48. B) on 02/09/2008, 100 common shares of our company of a total value of Euro 998. C) on 03/09/2008, 2.000 common shares of our company of a total value of Euro 19.360 These transactions have been duly acknowledged to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 by Mr. Ioannis Paniaras, under his capacity as General Manager of the Bentonite Division.
