New Finance Director of the Company

December 5, 2006 ASTIR PALACE VOULIAGMENI S.A. announces, in accordance to the Article 2 para 2(e) of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission' s decision No 3/347/12-7-2005 and following the decision of the Board of Directors at its meeting dated 27-11-2006, that Mr Paris-Panagiotis Triantafyllidis is appointed as Finance Director of the Company, in substitution of the resigned Mr John Vlassis.
