June 26, 2008 ASTIR PALACE VOULIAGMENI S.A announces in accordance to the Article 2 par. 2(e) of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission's decision No 3/347/12-7-2005 and following the decision of the Board of Directors at its meeting dated 6-6-2008, that Mr Bograkos-Tzanetakos Ioannis is appointed as STARWOOD'S Financial Controller of ASTIR PALACE HOTEL COMPLEX, substituting Mr Emad Rizk, who recently resigned.
