January 26, 2009 Further to the announcement dated 1 October 2008 on the rounding of fractional shares of the Bank of Greece which have resulted from the recent increase in the Bank's capital (Cabinet Decision 8/10 June 2008, Government Gazette A 107/11 June 2008), the Bank of Greece hereby informs the beneficiaries who proceeded to such rounding by purchasing the missing fractions within the deadline of 12 January 2009 that their respective DSS (Dematerialised Securities System) accounts were credited with one share each on 22 January 2009.
