June 29, 2006 ALTEC SA, following the announcement of 9.6.2006 and according to the decision 3/387/19.6.2006 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, informs its shareholders who hold common registered shares in paper form (including Common Registered shares of the merged SYSWARE SA) that the deadline for the submission of these shares together with their full details (copy of their Investor Account Statement at the Dematerialised Securities System), to the Company, is extended until October 31, 2006. After October 31, 2006 , the shares which have not been dematerialised will be sold through the Athens Exchange, according to the provisions of the decision No 1/380/4.5.2006 of the HCMC and the proceeds from the sale will be deposited by the Company at the Deposits and Loans Fund to be collected by the beneficiaries. For the exact date of the sale's start, the outcome, and the entire procedure, including the documents required for collection of the proceeds from the sale, beneficiaries will be informed by a new announcement issued by the Company.
