August 1, 2007 ALTEC SA based on Law 3556/2007 in combination with Decision No 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission announces that on July 30, 2007, Mrs Verbi Irini, wife of Tsikouras Constantinos who is executive member of Company' s BoD (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005) sold 15.000 common shares, with a total net value of Euro 32.700.
