September 10, 2007 Since Altec' s certification as Cisco Systems Silver Certified Partner, the collaboration between Altec and Cisco Systems has been closer at the sector of Technology and distribution of Cisco products. In order to gain this considerable certification the partner must achieve a certain level at the specific units, of the personnel training and the customers service and support at Cisco systems. Altec having accomplished the above prerequisites is for now on Cisco certified partner that provides high level support, has experience in at least two specializations and has also achieved high customer support level. We must also mention that Altec has Cisco Systems specialization in the three below mentioned units: Advanced security, Express Unified Communications, Express Foundation.
