September 28, 2007 According to the decision 6/445/27.9.2007 of BoD of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, ALTEC SA informs the investment public that, the sale of 2.702 common registered shares in paper that were not submitted for dematerialization (including Common Registered shares of the merged Sysware) in favour of the beneficiaries of the those, has been licensed. The member of the Athens Exchange that has been appointed responsible for carrying out the sale of the specific shares is P&K SECURITIES S.A. Starting date of the sale period of the abovementioned shares is Tuesday, October 2nd h 2007. The sale will be executed according to the provisions of article 99A of Athens Stock Exchange Regulation and the decision 1/380/4.5.2006 of the Hellenic Capital Commission. After the completion of the sale procedure, the net proceeds will be deposited to the Deposits and Loans Fund and the Company will inform all beneficiaries regarding the deposited amount, as well as the submission of the necessary documentation of proof.
