October 3, 2007 ALTEC SA further to its 28/09/2007 announcement and following the decision 6/445/27.9.2007 of BoD of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, informs the investment public that, the sale of 2.702 common registered shares in paper that were not submitted for dematerialization (including Common Registered shares of the merged Sysware) in favour of the beneficiaries has been completed. The net result of the sale after deducting related expenses and taxes amounted to euro 5.579,42. The above mentioned amount will be deposited within seven (7) working days, for the benefit of the entitled shareholders, to the Deposits and Loans Fund. The Company will inform by mail all eligible shareholders regarding the collection process, as well as the necessary documentation for this collection. After this sale, ALTEC SA posses only paperless shares.
