December 21, 2007 ALTEC S.A. announces, that Mr Dimitris Belessiotis assumes the duties of the position Director of Investor Relations. Mr. Belessiotis holds a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering, a Postgraduate Degree in Project Management from Birmingham University, Great Britain as well as a Masters Degree in Business Management from Warwick University, Great Britain. Mr. Belessiotis has previously worked as Investor Relations Director in Multirama SA and as Investor Relations Manager in Germanos SA.
