October 13, 2006 The societe anomyme under the corporate name DELTA MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT AND INTEGRATED PROJECTS, INDUSTRIAL, COMMERCIAL AND CONSTRUCTION SOCIETE ANONYME and under the distinctive title DELTA PROJECT S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Company), further to a notification by its shareholders, Messrs. Anastasios Deligiorgis, Constantinos Katsaros, Efstathia Deligiorgi, Maria Katsarou, and Evangelos Papageorgiou, announces that the Board of Directors of the Athens Stock Exchange, at its meeting of the 12th of October, 2006 resolved that the 2.168.622 shares in the Company owned by the aforementioned shareholders be released in order to be transferred to MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A.. Following their transfer, as above stated, these shares will remain non transferable until the end of the commitment period according to current legislation.
