January 4, 2006 As of January 4, 2006, the 108.820 new (CR) shares of the Company “HELLENIC PETROLEUM S.A.” start trading on the ATHEX following the recent share capita increase due to the Stock Option Plan from 12 beneficiaries -the President of the BoD, the Managing Director of the Company, the Technical Director, the Directors of the Company’s Divisions and the Managing Director of EKO SA-, as follows: (a) 17.590 (CR) shares at an issue price of 9,68 Euro, (b) 91.230 (CR) shares at an issue price of 6,97 Euro. On January 4, 2006, the total number of the Company’s listed shares amounts to 305.622.245(CR) shares.
