January 13, 2006 The company announces that according to the contract of merger that is valid from 22.12.2005, its shareholders, residing in Luxembourg under the names Atimod Publishing Investments S.A. and Helit Investments S.A. were merged with acquisition by the company Mondadori International S.A. having as a result the 3,313,990 common registered shares of our company, owned by Atimod Publishing Investments S.A. and the 3,060,000 common registered shares owned by Helit Investments S.A. be owned now by Modadori International S.A. The latter as shareholder of our company Attica Publications S.A. owns in total 6,373,990 shares, which is in percentage 41.66%.
