March 22, 2006 As of March 22, 2006, the shares of the Company ALUMINIUM OF GREECE S.A. are traded on the ATHEX (i) at a new par value of 5,30 Euro (after the increase to 10,60 Euro from 10,58 Euro) and (ii) ex-bonus (share SPLIT) in terms of 1 new (CR) bonus share for every 1 old (CR) share held. The start date of trading of the new bonus shares is set on March 29, 2006.
