May 19, 2006 Subsequent to the election of a new Board of Directors by the annual General Shareholders' Meeting of ALUMINIUM OF GREECE S.A. (AoG) which took place on 16 May 2006, the company's Board of Directors was constituted as a body at its meeting of the same date (16 May 2006). The resulting new composition of AoG's Board of Directors is the following: Jason STRATOS Chairman, non-executive member. Evangelos MYTILINEOS Vice-Chairman, non-executive member.
