May 18, 2006 We would like to inform you that the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of ÁLUMINUM OF GREECE S.A. which took place on May 16 2006, decided as follows: Á. Dividend payment of Euro 0,60 per share for fiscal period 01/01/2005-31/12/2005 Â. Beneficiaries of the dividend shall be those who owned shares of the company on Wednesday 17/05/2006 after the clearance of the day's transactions. From Thursday 18/05/06 and on, the share shall be negotiated without a dividend right. The Company shall come back with an announcement concerning the way of payment of the dividend.
